What’s better than ripe, juicy peaches fresh off the tree topped with a dollop of fresh whipped cream? Not much, if you ask me. 🍑

These peaches this season were a dream come true- perfectly sweet with just a hint of tartness. I’ve always been partial to peach cobbler over the classic apple version (I’m from New England, so I know apple cobbler gets all the love). But when your peach tree is this productive, peach cobbler becomes a yearly tradition.

Fun fact: this peach tree grew from a pit I planted myself! Growing it took patience, TLC, and a few years of hard work. Now, it’s a staple in my family’s backyard in Southern New Hampshire. Each season, we make peach cobbler from its bounty, and share the rest of the peaches with our wonderful neighbors.
With the sweetness from the peaches and crunchy buttery crust it bakes right into, a peach cobbler is always a good idea🍑🥧
